1. Services

TYNZO enables customers to order products that may include:

• Groceries
• Fruits and vegetables
• Dairy products
• Snacks and beverages
• Household essentials
• Personal care products
• Packaged food
• Other everyday products made available through the platform

Services are available only in supported service areas.

2. Account and Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

• Name
• Mobile number
• Delivery address
• Location
• Email address, where applicable

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and OTP credentials.

3. Product Availability

All products displayed on TYNZO are subject to availability.

TYNZO may procure certain products from wholesalers, suppliers, local merchants, or other available sources after an order is placed.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may:

• Contact the customer regarding an alternative
• Remove the unavailable item
• Adjust the final order amount
• Cancel the relevant item
• Process an applicable refund for prepaid items

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product names, descriptions, quantities, prices, and images.

Actual packaging, labeling, colour, design, size, or appearance may occasionally differ from the images displayed because of manufacturer or supplier changes.

Customers should review product labels, ingredients, expiry information, and manufacturer instructions where relevant.

5. Pricing

Prices applicable to an order will be displayed on TYNZO.

The final payable amount may include, where applicable:

• Product price
• Applicable taxes
• Delivery charges
• Handling charges
• Platform or convenience fees
• Other charges clearly disclosed before checkout

6. Payments

Available payment methods may include:

• UPI
• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Net banking
• Supported wallets
• Cash on Delivery, where available

Online payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay.

Customers should not share their UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, banking password, or OTP with TYNZO delivery personnel or unauthorized persons.

7. Order Acceptance

Placement of an order does not necessarily guarantee fulfilment.

An order or individual item may be cancelled or modified because of:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing
• Payment failure
• Delivery location being outside the serviceable area
• Customer being unreachable
• Operational difficulties
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control

Where applicable, refunds will be handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Delivery

TYNZO aims to provide fast hyperlocal delivery.

Where an estimated delivery time such as approximately 30 minutes is displayed, it represents an estimate and not an absolute guarantee.

Delivery may be affected by:

• Traffic
• Weather
• Distance
• Product availability
• Procurement time
• Supplier availability
• High order volume
• Incorrect customer location/address
• Operational circumstances

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information.

Customers should remain reasonably available at their registered phone number while an order is being processed and delivered.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, replacements, returns, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

11. Acceptable Use

Customers must not:

• Conduct fraudulent transactions
• Abuse promotional offers
• Create accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to TYNZO systems
• Interfere with website or application security
• Use TYNZO for unlawful activities

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TYNZO will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Updated Terms will be published on the TYNZO website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.

Disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable Indian laws and consumer protection requirements.
